Due to the Memorial Day holiday we've split a couple of weeks that has left us with two condominiums available for partial weeks.

• Check in to our 3BR/3BA condominium on Monday, May 31st for 4 nights for $820 plus tax or in the 2BR/2BA for $790 plus tax.
• We also have the week of June 5th still available and we're offering discounted rates on that.  Feel free to contact us for a quote.
• Check in to our oceanfront 2BR/2BA condo on Sunday, June 6th for 3 nights for only $495 plus tax.
• We still have a 6 night special starting July 18 for $1700 plus tax. This is in the 3BR/3BA condominium on the seventh floor of the South Hampton building.

Welcome!

Like many, I grew up coming to Myrtle Beach with my family. We spent many a summer running along the shore trying to catch seagulls - though we never did. When my parents bought their condominiums at Kingston Plantation we would often have to drive to the beach after school on a Friday and clean condos all weekend long in between check-in and check-out, just to drive back home on Sunday. I guess you could say that I've got an abundance of hours invested in our rental property.



Now that my husband and I own three condos of our own we have decided to start a rental business as well. And now that we have our daughter, we know what it's like to want to have a quality family vacation without spending the kind of cash and investing the amount of travel time that it would take to go somewhere more extravagant.
